It's quickly becoming a standout in the Baho network, producing consistently excellent washed and natural lots, and has transformed into what Emmanuel Rusatira calls Baho's hub for innovation. Nearly 50% of Fugi's production during the 2021 season was alternatively processed — honey, natural, or experimental.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"\u003eFugi was built in 2013 and purchased by Emmanuel in 2016. Since then, he's dedicated the station solely to specialty-grade coffee. As Emmanuel's very first station, Fugi is a key part of the foundation Baho Coffee was built on.
